Being a certified glider pilot, Mads manages to simultaneously keep his thoughts in the sky and his feet on the ground. First and foremost, he is an enthusiastic problem-solver who loves to challenge himself every day with a can-do attitude. He is the co-founder of BioLib, a tech bio startup aiming to make biological data science accessible.

It is said that the way into a man’s heart is through his stomach, and in this case, that metaphor has never been more fitting. Mads is a foodie by heart and a waiter by training. He has worked at a local Michelin restaurant and has travelled the culinary world searching for inspiration for the New Year’s dinner at Nest.
